Application for new utilities requires proof of identification when the application is submitted and a $600.00 deposit for renter is due at that time. For a renter with letter of credit a $200 deposit is due. Owner of house with a $115 deposit is due. Once this information is received then the new service is ordered to be turned on. Building Permit
The application needs to be filled out and returned to the city office. Permit Fees based on financial cost of structure in application. Once the application is received it proceeds to the Planning Commission for approval. Once that is completed and approved then the permit is brought to the council for approval. Once approved there, the city office mails out the approved permit to the permit holder to begin their project. Click here for a building permit application.
